As a success case in Social Networks strategie I have choose "El Rancho Madrid".
It´s a typical Argentine Restaurant situated in Madrid. Where mix traditional food and a modernist enviroment.
The prinpical goal is offer a exclusive experience and achieve an  high satisfaction.

At the moment, they have a clear path;
-Costumer loyality                                            -Product speciacilization
-High satistaction and recomendation grade       -Interrnet Strategy for costumers


Actually, Internet represent the 50% in his business.

They have established a brilliant strategy 2.0 with an important presence in Facebook, YouTube, I-phone application, Twiter, Foursquare, blog in Wordpress, Formspring as well as Flickr

They started in internet on 2003. They were pionner in the hospitality sector.
The principal goal was show the contents and start to achieve opinions from his costumers.
