EFFECTIVE LISTENING

I want to introduce an important and sometimes forgotten concept in our culture.
 It´s a simple concept but sometimes dificult to get it. It´s to Listen.
 It´s a decisive fact in our world and an issue action in Business world.

Severals Studies have showed how important is to be a great Listener;
"Around 80% of people prefer to talk to great listeners, not to great speakers."

How could we be a brilliant listener?
I can advice you about any behavior;
- Encouraging.
-Noting and reflecting emotions.
-Manifest interest who is speaking.

How could we break down as listener?
- We are seeking confirmation, not information.
-Pretending ignorance.
-We "know" what we are going to hear.
-We judge delivery (how they say it), not content (what they said).
